Introducing the First Research Chair in Blockchain in Quebec
In an interview with Alain McKenna of Les Affaires, Louis Roy and Arthur Prats Ladous of Catallaxy presented the missions of the Chair in Blockchain Technology

On November 7, 2019, Catallaxy, a Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton subsidiary in blockchain technology and Concordia University, with the financial support of the National Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, proudly announced the Industrial Research Chair in Blockchain Technologies.

In an interview with Alain McKenna of Les Affaires, Louis Roy, president of Catallaxy and Assurance Partner at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton and Arthur Prats Ladous, Product Manager at Catallaxy, had the opportunity to present the Chair’s mission that will contribute, among other things, to documenting the positive impacts of blockchain technology on financial infrastructure, evaluate its potential applications and consider how to manage its use, particularly with cryptocurrencies.

Their interview during the Une tasse de tech podcast was also an opportunity to explain how this innovative technology can be used and provide an update in a constantly evolving technological world.
